Private Coaching

Enjoy one on one instruction to help you focus on form and perfect the barre moves you see in class. In these sessions, you will receive dedicated attention to fitness goals with a custom program designed with your input.

Want to add cardio into your barre workout and take it up a notch? Want to break it down and focus on those barre basics? Or spend an entire session focusing on one particular area you want to gain strength. Personal coaching is also a great option for pre- and postpartum modifications!

Prenatal Prep

During COVID-19 quarantine, Jenn used her time to complete a certification in both pre- and post-natal fitness. Jenn is now offering prenatal small group training uniquely tailored to ensure safe and effective workouts throughout every stage of pregnancy. This group training will   You will find your standard barre moves but also focus on preparing the body for birth, and the general ailments of pregnancy.

Group training has a 3-4 person minimum capacity with a three week minimum commitment to ensure you get the most out of your experience. Training can take place in person or virtually. Reach out to Jenn about her next upcoming training start!

Postpartum Recovery

Jenn is now offering small group training for postpartum clients. Training places a special emphasis on rebuilding the pelvic floor and core muscles safely and effectively. Starting with the prenatal modifications that were taken, Jenn will help you ease back into workouts slowly and safely.
